IPAF & PASMA in One Day — E-learning Route

£325 + VAT per person (£390 including VAT) covers IPAF operator training in your choice of two categories and PASMA Towers for Users. Choose any two IPAF categories: 3a (Mobile Vertical), 3b (Mobile Boom) or 1b (Static Boom).

Attend Llantrisant on 9 November 2026, 8:00am–5:00pm. This is one day with two half-day sessions. Session order will be confirmed in your joining instructions.

Before you attend

Complete two separate e-learning courses: one IPAF and one PASMA, before the attendance date. Allow enough time to finish both. Bring your completion evidence and any notes requested in your joining instructions. E-learning completion alone does not award either qualification; you must attend the centre and pass the applicable assessments.

Training and assessment at the centre

The attendance day includes IPAF practical training and assessment for your selected two categories, and the PASMA Towers for Users centre session, including the applicable theory assessment and practical training and assessment. Read your joining instructions for preparation, required identification, clothing and PPE, and assessment requirements.

IPAF arrangements for dates from 2 November 2026: the theory test is taken in person at the training centre on arrival, before practical training. Online questions are practice only. If you do not pass the theory test, you must return on another day; there is no same-day retake. Complete the IPAF e-learning before attendance.

Optional harness training and equipment

Harness training is optional and independent of the equipment choice. IPAF Harness Awareness & Harness User adds £85 + VAT per delegate (£102 including VAT) to the £325 package. Harness Awareness is completed by e-learning before attendance; Harness User is completed in person at the centre during your MEWP practical session.

Optional harness equipment: hire £22.50 + VAT per harness; buy for collection £92.50 + VAT per harness; or buy posted £105.50 + VAT per harness, with postage included. Select the number of harnesses separately. The basket shows the delegates or harnesses covered and the charge for each selection.

Book a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 delegates for this combined-course date in one order, including repeated additions with different extras. The office will close the date when three places have been booked across orders.
